Authors should use the official ICEMS-BIOMED template, respecting the requirements for structure, style and formatting. The recommended length is 4–6 pages, including figures, tables and bibliography.

Manuscripts should be written in English and submitted in pdf format.

Authors are responsible for the correctness of the data entered and for ensuring that the manuscript complies with all technical requirements.
Review and Acceptance:
- All papers will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process.
- The final decision (acceptance / rejection / revision) will be communicated to the authors by e-mail, according to the conference calendar.
- For the accepted paper to be included in the conference volume, it is necessary that at least one

The conference proceedings of ICEMS-BIOMED will be published in Engineering Proceedings (ISSN 2673-4591), an academic journal dedicated to publishing proceedings papers and meeting reports from conferences in the field of Engineering.
Each submission will be approved by the conference committee, and original research contributions undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high-quality standards.
