a. Participation fee for one accepted paper*:
- Participants (full access) – 230 EUR;
- Co-authors and accompanying participants (full access) – 150 EUR;
- Participants (limited access without lunch and festive dinner) – 150 EUR;
- PhD/Master Students** (full access) - 150 EUR – for student papers only;
*) Each additional paper will be charged 100 EUR.
**) PhD/Master Students must provide evidence of their affiliation, properly endorsed.
- Online participation: 100 EUR
b. The full fee include:
- full access to the scientific program.
- publication in the proceedings, indexing of the proceedings volume in the international database.
- one lunch & coffee brakes.
- festive dinner.
The fees do not include the money transfer fees, which are in the registration charge.

To validate the registration, at least one author of each accepted article must complete the registration process and pay the corresponding fee by the deadline communicated by the organizers. The payment must specify the paper code and the person who will make the presentation.
